OWNER MEMORIES
Due to its convenient location, our house has always been the hangout for my daughters and their friends. The most lucrative point being that they could walk to the skating arena, McDonald's or simply the Deli by themselves and then hang out in Stagg Field before coming home to watch a movie or just chill. This house has always been the central meeting point for any kind of excursion planned by the children.
We have always been the object of envy of parents who have to drive their kids to school while we have been able to keep an eye over our children from the front steps as they walked to school.
The view from the front of the house especially the two bedrooms facing the front is spectacular in any season especially Fall and Winter due to the hills in front.
We have a lot of memories of the family and friends hanging out in the family room and snacking in the kitchen. Also this house is big enough that if every member of the family wants some time to themselves, they can just disperse to their rooms for a while. The master suite has sufficient privacy so that if the children have friends over, the parents can just retire to the master suite and not be bothered.
