Andrea Schuller Fine grew up in Livingston, NJ and graduated from Livingston High School in 1989. She earned a teaching degree from Northeastern University in Boston and she worked at her family’s travel agency, Travel in Style, in Livingston for about ten years. Her mother, Linda Schuller, is the Managing Director of that firm which is now called Pro Travel in Roseland, NJ.
Andrea took a few years off to raise her family; she and her husband, Andrew Fine, a builder and contractor have lived in Millburn and Short Hills since 2002. Six years ago she got her Real Estate License and became involved in the local market listing and selling many of her husband’s luxury homes and assisting friends and clients with their home purchases and sales.
She lived in the South Mountain area of Millburn for eight years and now resides in the Deerfield Section of Short Hills, NJ. She has three children – one in Deerfield Elementary School and the two younger ones at Temple B’Nai Jeshurun preschool. She is very involved in both schools and volunteers on many different committees.
Her recent decision to move her license to Towne Realty Group has added a lot of excitement to the office. She is well-connected in the community, with thorough market knowledge and she has a great talent for staging properties and for knowing what buyers want. As the wife of a builder, she has gotten to know many of the local Realtors and she also understands the process of new construction and the complicated negotiations that are involved.

Her husband will be a huge asset to our office when we need estimates for contracting since he is also in the business. An avid reader who loves to work out and stay fit, Andrea also loves to travel, but for now, she will be extremely busy listing and selling homes. Look for her signs around town because there will be many popping up in the coming months and years.
