Jane is a native of New Jersey, raised in Millburn, and graduated from Millburn High School. Earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University then on to study Graphic Design at the University of Cincinnati. She studied Industrial & Commercial real estate at the University of California in Los Angeles. Later she continued her studies at the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute to earn her credentials, CCIM, as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager. Jane is also a member of Garden State Multiple Listing Service, North Central Jersey Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and she is involved in the local JCC and the Millburn-Short Hills Historical Society.
While Jane specializes in her hometown of Millburn- Short Hills, she also lists and sells properties in Livingston, West Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Summit and surrounding communities. She is currently President of her neighborhood association and coordinates the concerns of the residents in regards to local development. She understands the art of the transaction and her skill set allows her to negotiate transactions of single family homes, condominiums, commercial, retail, land development, 1031 exchanges and the representation of landlords and tenants with leasing investments.
Her business philosophy is based on the Golden Rule: “Treat each transaction as if it were your own purchase or sale.” Jane listens carefully to evaluate the concerns of her clients and to effectively communicate all of the options. She is devoted to providing the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in everything she does.
